Depot Ghelamco Arena

Depot Stad Gent, Belgium

A state-of-the art air-conditioned storage space in the Ghelamco Arena in Ghent, under the family-tribune. It is one of the best depots in the world.

Since its completion in 2017, the depot had a freezer room to handle the incoming materials, but the freezer has never worked properly.

As a result, it was decided to convert the freezer room into an Anoxia treatment room.

B-Cat BV has taken on this task and made the necessary adjustments.

The Anoxia room has been in use since the first quarter of 2024

Some specifications of the depot:

• Depot zone (airtight, vapour-tight, collection determines the Relative Humidity)
• Corridor zone (heated with air heating, ventilated)
• Surrounding zone (unconditioned, ventilated, extra free cooling in summer)
